LGBTQ Policy – Fibre Fusion
We, at Fibre Fusion (operating at 46 Lower Richmond Road, Mortlake, London, SW14 7EZ UK and email address lgbtq@fibrefusion.org.uk) are committed to creating an environment that reinforces safety, respect and trust for all in connection with our products and services.
It is therefore our policy to ensure that no individual experiences discrimination on the grounds of race, colour, nationality or ethnic origin; religion or belief; age; gender; gender identity or expression; disability; sexual orientation; marital status or civil partnership status.
Fibre Fusion will not tolerate any form of discriminatory behaviour towards any person in connection with its products and services. Any conduct deemed offensive or abusive by a staff member may result in disciplinary action being taken against the offender. The investigation into such conduct will be conducted promptly and impartially.

To enhance this commitment further we have developed specific policies commensurate with state law:

- LGBT+ Policy – This policy provides guidance on how Fibre Fusion aims to provide a safe working environment for LGBT+ employees as well as promote understanding among other staff members
In order to support our policy implementation we will:
• Carry out regular training sessions both online and face-to-face throughout the year • Regularly monitor diversity amongst our workforce • Actively recruit from diverse backgrounds • Encourage involvement in local community initiatives related to equality • Create initiatives that celebrate different cultures/nationalities within Fibre Fusion At Fibre Fusion we take these issues very seriously and commit ourselves fully to nurturing an inclusive atmosphere where everyone can develop their true potential without fear of prejudice or bias.
